Greeting customers & gathering information to link to customer database

Informing sales rep of appointments, clients, or other contacts

Walking the showroom floor with clients to answer questions

Answering/directing all office calls (landline & cell)

Answering/directing all office email correspondences

Assisting sales reps while they are on the road – making orders, call/text customers

Keep customer database up to date with accurate information

Create orders for customers, by phone, text, walk-in, or client visit

Collect payments & be knowledgeable of customer debts, payment plans, & payment terms

Applying payment deposits to customer accounts daily

Basic knowledge about the stones in our inventory

General upkeep of the showroom

Taking good quality pictures of new inventory & post to our website

Keeping information on website accurate & up to date

Ordering office supplies needed

Blast emails to house accounts & designer accounts

Outbound calls/emails to potential customers – referring that information to the appropriate sales rep

Creating relationships with customers & focusing on good customer service with their clients

Follow up on client visits/inquires

General knowledge of all open orders

Small marketing projects (brochures, business cards, signs, Instagram posts)

General knowledge of upcoming shipments – inbound & outbound

Invoicing & applying correct payment

Filing

Posting all payments to correct account daily & sending them to corporate office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
